Connecting to SAMBA WebVPN

Notes:

• The use of WebVPN requires an RA account.  If you have not opened an account go to https://so.cc.huji.ac.il/rap/.
• CS users don't need to register, but need to use their OTP password. 

Step 1

In your browser you will need to type the address:  https://samba.huji.ac.il/webvpn.

Step  2

• Username - Enter your username from your RA account: user%ra.
• Password - Enter you RA password or OTP password.
• Click Login.

Note to CS users:

For Username enter user:otp%tcs and for Password enter your OTP code. 

Step 3

• You have entered the Samba VPN portal.

• Press on  different links to begin surfing, or to enter a particular internet address, press on the following icon.

Step 4

• The window below will open.  Enter the desired address and press ok.

• Note: You can enter a different address by pressing the same icon.

Step 5

• At the end of your session press the red stop icon.

Step 6

• Press OK to confirm your exit from the system.

Step 7

You will receive the following message. If you wish to reenter the system click Logon.
