Installing MATLAB R2021a for Windows Network License

NOTES:

  • MATLAB installation requires typically hard drive space of 5-8 GB.  Maximum space is 32 BG
  • Supported Systems:  10 (1803 or higher) , 7 SP1, Server 2019, Server 2016
  • 64 bit systems only
  • Click here to download the zip file that contains the File Installation Key (FIK) and mathlic.dat 
  • The network license installation is free of charge but requires your computer to be connected to the huji network 

 

Step 1

Click on the iso file that you downloaded and click setup

install

Step 2

  • Click on Advanced Options and choose I have a File Installation Key

  • Click Next

  • Mark Yes

  • Click Next

  • Insert the file installation key number found in the file FIK_NetworkServer_2021a.txt
  • Click Next

Step 5

  • Choose the location of the file mathlic.dat which is in the zip file that you downloaded.
     
  • Click Next

Step 6

  • Enter the  installation folder, either manually or by clicking Browse
  • Click Next

  • Choose products you wish to install
  • Click Next

  • Click Next

Click Begin Install

Click close
