Customer Service and Support

Technical support centers are operated on the Mount Scopus and Edmond Safra (Givat Ram) campuses.  They handle telephone, walk-in, email and on-line inquiries.

An initial level of computing support is offered to university customers.  If necessary, the problem will be redirected to the appropriate departmental computing staff member.

Inquiries will be handled during support center hours.
