If you have Office 2021 2024 or Office 365 and you have not defined an email account on your windows profile

click on the Outlook icon.

Enter the full EKMD email address and click connect.

Enter your EKMD password

 Uncheck "Allow my organization to manage my device"

 

Click on Done

Take the check off of Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone too

In a short while your email profile should open
