Preparation:

The Workspace Migration tool can migrate Savion email messages, contacts and calendar events from a Outlook profile or pst file .  In both cases you must make sure that all the messages are found on your local computer.  To do this:

Clck on File and Choose Account Settings

Select your email account and click on Change.Use

Make sure Cached Exchange mode is checked and move the slider so that all emails are downloaded.  Click on Next.

 

Click on Done.  Restart Outlook so that the email messages download to the local computer.

If you wish to migrate just a few folders from your Mailbox, you can now export these folders to a pst file.

Downloading and Installing Workspace Migration Tool

Step 1

Go to the G Suite Migration for Microsoft Outlook download page.

In the section DOWNLOAD .EXE FILE (RECOMMENDED FOR USERS). Click on 

Download GWMMO.  Click on the downloaded file to install.

Step 2

After installation, look for the  Google Workspace Migration app.    Click on it and enter your Gmail address

Step 3

Click on Continue

Step 4

Click on Allow

Step 5

Select your Outlook profile or pst file

Check the Migrate all data option and click Next

Step 6

Decide if you wish also to migrate your Calendar and Contacts.  

Click on Migrate.
