Google recommends working exclusively with the WEB interface or through the Gmail apps on your mobile phone. Using desktop apps like Outlook is not recommended and is not fully supported, so we recommend avoiding these clients.
However, for those who are accustomed to Outlook, we only support the option of setting up email using Google Workspace. We do not support the option of setting up in IMAP format.
