In January 2023, a new computerized system for human resources systems was rolled out. This system provides support for payroll, personnel, and attendance systems.

The Portal gives access to both managers and employees (including hourly employees) to pay slips and to services such as requests and automated forms, sick declarations and the special input needs for academic staff.

 

Please note:

  • The portal is not supported on mobile devices. Updates must be performed on a computer. Later, a parallel application will be launched to enable a significant part of the portal's capabilities to mobile devices.
  • Starting in January 2023, pay slips will be available on the new portal. Viewing of older pay slips will still be available for a few months on the old site.
  • Log in using the password with which you used for the old system http://mysalary.huji.ac.il. 

If you can't remember your password click on "I forgot password" and enter using your 9-digit identity number. Immediately after, a password reset link will be sent to your primary university email address.
