Technical support center is located at the Mount Scopus Campuse and Serves telephone, walk-in, email and on-line inquiries of all Campuses.
An initial level of ITsupport is offered to university customers. If necessary, the problem will be redirected to the appropriate departmental computing staff member.
Inquiries will be handled during support center hours.
Reception is held in the support center and in all the computer farms on the campuses during business hours.
Starting from 10-29-23 and until further notice, the support center will close at 4:00 p.m. - please contact during business hours.
