Overleaf Online LaTeX Editor, at the Hebrew University

The Hebrew University of Jerusalem is providing Overleaf Professional features for all students with a master's degree or higher, faculty and staff in the Natural Science Faculty and Engineering School who would like to use a collaborative, online LaTeX editor for their projects. Overleaf Professional features include real-time track changes, unlimited collaborators, and full document history.

Overleaf is an online writing and publishing tool that makes the entire writing, editing and publishing process quick and easy. It provides the convenience of an easy-to-use LaTex editor, with real-time sharing capabilities, and produces elegant output automatically in the background as you type.

The options in the full version include real-time monitoring of changes, an unlimited number of partners and a complete document history.

As part of the institutional license, anyone who registers on the site with a university email will be entitled to a premium account. At the same time, existing accounts with a university email were also upgraded automatically.

Those who are registered with a private email, can add the university email and upgrade the account.

New users can subscribe via our Portal:

After Signing up, new users will receive an email from Overleaf.  They should click on Confirm Email to receive the university subscription.

Anyone who has an Overleaf account with a personal email address can add their HUJI email address to their Overleaf account at https://www.overleaf.com/user/settings.

Users who have an individual subscription will be notified in the Overleaf project dashboard that they have access to this subscription and can cancel their individual subscriptions
