Pre-installation

• Uninstall any previous Microsoft Office versions 
  * Please note that new computers come with built in Office which needs to be uninstalled

 

Step 1

• An e-mail with a link for downloading Office was sent to you. Press the link and save the file
• After download is complete, double click the .zip file to open it

Step 2

Select all files and click Extract or drag the files to a folder

Step 3

Double click setup.exe (it's in the folder you dragged the files to in the previous step)

Step 4

• Choose: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016
• Click המשך

Step 5

• Check אני מקבל את תנאי הסכם זה
• Click המשך

Step 6

Click התאמה אישית

Step 7

• Check languages you wish to install
• Click עברית ואנגלית
• Click התקן כעת if you wish to install just the default programs. Otherwise go to the next step

Step 8

• choose אפשרויות התקנה if you wish to change the default setup.
• Make the changes you want to the default setup.
• Click התקן כעת

Step 9

Click Close

Step 10

• Go to Contol Panel -> Programs -> Programs and features
   
• Click on Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016
   
• Click on Change

Step 11

• Select הזן מפתח מוצר
   
• Click המשך

Step 12

• Type your Product Key 
   
• Click המשך
