If you suspect that an email you received is a phishing message, under no circumstances should you download files to your computer or from the suspicious message, nor click on any links within it.
Make sure the sender’s address is familiar to you and/or that the domain is genuinely academic without any distortion in the address.
Pay attention to the language and tone of the message and to the nature of the request.
Never send sensitive information or passwords in response.
In any case of doubt – there is no doubt.
Contact us by phone and/or via the procedure below, and we will investigate the message for you. If necessary, we will block similar emails.
