As of June 8th, the MicroShop will sell the enterprise versions of all Adobe products. As a result, the MicroShop will change the way it sells licenses for Adobe products.  

1. Licenses will be sold to users using their primary university email address.  Each user is permitted to purchase one license, which can be used to install on multiple devices.  However, only one device may be used at any one time.
2. Only personal mail accounts with the @savion.huji.ac.il and @mail.huji.ac.il (not @huji.ac.il) domains can be used as primary email addresses for purchasing Adobe products. This address must also be your primary university email address. Instructions for determining your primary university email address and/or changing your primary email address.

3. If you purchased an Adobe product using an email address other than @savion.huji.ac.il or @mail.huji.ac.il  (for example, an @ekmd.huji.ac.il, @gmail.com, @huji.ac.il address, or a hospital address etc), you will need to change your Adobe primary email address to one of the permitted types of addresses ( @savion.huji.ac.il and @mail.huji.ac.il).  You also need to ensure that this address is also your primary university email address. 4.  It is important not to delete any Adobe accounts since they may contain  They should be transferred to other email addresses.

Determining your Primary Email Address at the University

Go to Personal Information Update.

You will receive the following screen.  Use your desired method to authenticate.

In the circled field, make note of your university primary email addres.  If it is not a @mail.huji.ac.il or @savion.huji.ac.il you will need to change it in order to purchase Adobe products.   After changing the address click on שלח.

 

 

Change your Adobe primary email to a new email address

Sign in to your Adobe account.

Go to the Account information and access section, and select Change next to Primary email (Adobe ID).

You can use an email address as the primary email only if it isn’t already associated with another Adobe account.

Enter your new email address and select Change.

Enter the verification code that you receive in your email and select Verify.

 

You’ll see a success notification and receive a confirmation email once your primary email address is updated.

Change the primary email to an email address used on another Adobe account

 

You may see the message “Your account changes couldn’t be saved” if the email address you want to use is already associated with another Adobe account. An email address can be used as the primary email for only one Adobe account at a time.

If the email address you want to use is already associated with a different Adobe account, you must first remove it from that account before using it as the primary email on another account.

Sign in to the Adobe account that is currently using the email address.

Go to the Account information and access section, and select Change next to Primary email (Adobe ID).

Change the primary email address to a different email address that you own, and then complete the verification process.

After the primary email address is updated, sign out of the account.

Sign in to the Adobe account where you want to use the email address.

Go to the Account information and access section, and select Change next to Primary email (Adobe ID).

Enter the email address you want to use, and then select Change.

Enter the verification code sent to you, and then select Verify.

Once verification is complete, the email address is set as the primary email for the Adobe account you selected.
