Tools to reduce the storage volume of your Google account

Deleting files

After using one of Google's tools to reduce the volume of the account and after transferring the contents of the drive and photos to a private Gmail account, you must delete these files and photos and finally check again if the volume has been reduced below 25 GB. It is important to note that you do not immediately see the changes in volume, but only after 24 hours.

Enter your MailHuji

After entering your mail open your Google Drive

Choose storage on the bottom of the menu

 

Step 4

You will get a page with all your files arranged by size from biggest to smallest. Choose the files you want to delete. You can choose more then one file by pressing ctrl button.

After done choosing, right click and a menu will open with option to download and remove

After removing the files move to trash

Press empty trash
